The Playbook · Free guide

Build wealth. Stay sharp. Execute better.

A starter system for connecting money, health and daily execution. Adapted from the original WealthStack Playbook.

Systems beat signal

A single win depends on timing and luck. A system repeats useful decisions and can compound over years. The goal is to reduce decision fatigue by deciding in advance what matters and how you will act.

Income supports your health. Health supports your performance. Performance increases your capacity to build wealth.

Three connected pillars

01 / Money

Build the engine

Strengthen earned income, control fixed costs, create savings capacity, and invest through a portfolio structure matched to your stage.

02 / Performance

Protect capacity

Make sleep, nutrition and training repeatable. A good financial plan is harder to follow when energy and attention are depleted.

03 / Execution

Repeat the basics

Create a realistic daily version of the plan. Consistency beats an ideal routine that collapses on a busy week.

The three portfolio jobs

The original Playbook organizes a portfolio into an income sleeve for spendable cash flow, a growth sleeve for long-term compounding, and a safety sleeve for liquidity and resilience. The weights depend on goals, time horizon and loss tolerance; no allocation is universal.

A practical first pass

  1. Write down annual spending and the income needed to support it.
  2. Identify the sources of earned, business and portfolio income you have today.
  3. Set a cash reserve and rules for adding to or reducing risk.
  4. Choose a health routine you can follow during a demanding workweek.
  5. Review the system monthly and change one weak point at a time.
